Grants Management Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Grants Management Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing grant management processes, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, and supporting project management initiatives. As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to impactful projects.

What You'll Do

• Manage and oversee grant applications and funding processes for various projects.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and guidelines related to grant management.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop budgets and financial reports.
• Utilize Microsoft PowerBI and SQL Server for data analysis and reporting.
• Provide training and technical assistance to stakeholders regarding grant management practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in grants management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of federal grant regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SharePoint for project coordination.
• Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes.
• Knowledge of German language is a plus.
