Graduate Cost Management Consultant - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
Join us as a Graduate Cost Management Consultant in this exciting remote opportunity. Our 24-month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) provides the foundation to become a well-rounded consultant and launch a successful career. From day one, you’ll immerse yourself in Turner & Townsend, building networks, learning how our business works, and gaining real industry experience.
What You'll Do
- Engage with clients to help them make informed decisions and manage risks effectively.
- Contribute to commercial success across various sectors, including Infrastructure, Health & Education, and Energy.
- Learn key commercial principles, procurement strategies, and contracting arrangements.
- Participate in structured training programs to develop both technical and behavioral skills.
- Work towards becoming chartered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Requirements
- Completed an undergraduate degree after October 2023 or expect to graduate by December 2026.
- Available for full-time work starting February 2027.
- Eligible for an Australian 485 Graduate Visa or be an Australian/New Zealand citizen or resident.
- Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Passionate about pursuing a career in the construction industry.

- Experience in internships or work placements related to construction or consultancy.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
