What You'll Do
- Evaluate and verify personal and financial data to determine eligibility for government assistance programs, such as grants and food stamps.
- Conduct interviews and investigations to gather necessary information, explain eligibility requirements, and address applicants' questions.
- Monitor ongoing benefits and prepare reports, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop prompts for AI models that reflect your field and evaluate the responses generated.
- Provide clear, structured feedback that strengthens AI models' understanding of workplace tasks and language.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in roles related to government program eligibility.
- Strong communication skills to conduct interviews and explain complex eligibility requirements.
- Ability to work independently and asynchronously from any location.
- Experience in evaluating data and providing structured feedback.
- Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus, but not required.
