About the Role
We're hiring a Global Payroll & HCM Onboarding Consultant to join our dynamic team at Remote. What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end project delivery for Global Payroll & HCM implementations.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
- Partner with clients to gather and analyze needs and requirements.
- Apply formal project management methodologies to ensure structured implementation journeys.
- Coordinate across technical teams and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Provide guidance and training on HCM & Global Payroll functionalities.
- Develop and deliver customized client documentation tailored to specific needs.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to drive customer satisfaction during the implementation phase.
- Document implementation processes for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Project management experience in B2B SaaS implementations.
- Deep knowledge of Enterprise Payroll, HRIS, or HCM implementations.
- Ability to manage technical projects and translate client requirements into actionable plans.
- PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred.
- Expertise in formal project management methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven track record managing multi-country implementations.
- Excellent scope management and change control capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
