About the Role

We're hiring a Global Payroll & HCM Onboarding Consultant to join our dynamic team at Remote. As a Global Payroll & HCM Onboarding Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in transforming the global employment landscape. This position allows you to work remotely, giving you the flexibility to operate from anywhere while ensuring fair and competitive compensation practices.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end project delivery for Global Payroll & HCM implementations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
• Partner with clients to gather and analyze needs and requirements.
• Apply formal project management methodologies to ensure structured implementation journeys.
• Coordinate across technical teams and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Provide guidance and training on HCM & Global Payroll functionalities.
• Develop and deliver customized client documentation tailored to specific needs.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to drive customer satisfaction during the implementation phase.
• Document implementation processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Project management experience in B2B SaaS implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Payroll, HRIS, or HCM implementations.
• Ability to manage technical projects and translate client requirements into actionable plans.
• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred.
• Expertise in formal project management methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven track record managing multi-country implementations.
• Excellent scope management and change control capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
