About the Role

We are seeking a talented German-Speaking Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team remotely. This role is crucial for driving measurable growth for our German-speaking clients on the Google Ads platform.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize performance against client objectives.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Conduct keyword research, perform ad copy testing, and define audience segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with client teams to understand marketing goals and propose tailored digital solutions.
  • Prepare and present detailed performance reports and strategic insights in both German and English.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads policies, new features, and SEM industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Fluent/native German (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2 or above).
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal, if not currently based there.

  • Certifications in Google Ads or Analytics.
