About the Role

We are looking for a General Services Intern to join Claro Peru, a part of Grupo América Móvil, the leading telecommunications company in Latin America. This remote internship offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your skills while contributing to improving the lives of Peruvians through telecommunications.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate with external and internal suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Register and update account information accurately.
  • Provide operational support for digital platforms.
  • Prepare management and control reports to track performance.
  • Collaborate with user areas and cleaning or maintenance staff.
  • Assist in implementing improvements and automating processes.

Requirements

  • University education starting from the 9th cycle in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, or other automation tools.
  • Desirable knowledge of SAP.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
