What You'll Do

• Design and implement efficient systems and engineering practices that facilitate interactions between multiple teams and products.
• Build provider-facing platforms that streamline healthcare operations for thousands of medical professionals across Spain.
• Ship AI-powered tools that assist members in navigating healthcare effortlessly, from booking appointments to finding specialists.
• Create delightful mobile and web experiences that empower members to take control of their health journey.
• Develop global-first infrastructure designed for reusability across multiple markets, aiding Alan in expanding its healthcare delivery model internationally.
• Own critical product decisions as a domain expert, influencing system design and roadmap prioritization.
• Innovate on healthcare delivery by constructing tools that bridge the gap between insurance, providers, and members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer, with a strong background in Object Oriented Programming (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
• Proficiency in web technologies, particularly modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Python/Flask and React is highly desirable.
• Passion for building products and a self-starting, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong collaboration skills and a willingness to mentor junior engineers.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Demonstrated curiosity and high potential for growth.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PostgreSQL and mobile development (React Native).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and best engineering practices.
• Previous experience in health tech or related fields.
