About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer - AI First (Angular and Java) Remote to join our innovative team at WorkFlex. This role allows you to build high-scale systems from anywhere in the world, leveraging advanced AI tools to enhance your productivity and creativity.

What You'll Do

• Own the product development process, collaborating with Product Managers to define what we build.
• Balance your work between Java (Spring Boot) and Angular (TypeScript), adapting to where your skills are most needed.
• Ensure the security of applications by integrating best practices and thinking like a pentester.
• Manage the full lifecycle of system design, cloud infrastructure, and deployment.
• Utilize AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor to streamline development processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Solid experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular/TypeScript.
• Ability to work autonomously in a results-oriented environment.
• Strong security mindset with a commitment to writing secure code.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI agents to accelerate workflow.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and infrastructure.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment.
