About the Role

Colpari is seeking engaged freelancers for the role of First Level Support (100% Remote) - Romanian & German. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. If you enjoy communicating with people and see customer service as more than just a job, then this role is perfect for you! As a First Level Support freelancer, you will handle customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.

What You'll Do

• Manage inbound customer inquiries through email and phone, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Conduct call-backs to clarify open issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document and categorize inquiries in our ticket system for efficient tracking and resolution.
• Assist with administrative tasks in the back office to support overall operations.
• Collaborate with our team to continuously optimize processes and improve customer service.

Requirements

• Fluent language skills in Romanian and German (native or very high level).
• Previous experience in customer service or call center environments (inbound preferred).
• Structured, independent working style with excellent time management skills.
• Proficient use of digital tools and common communication systems.
• Professional and empathetic demeanor, even in challenging situations.
• Availability weekdays between 08:00 and 18:00, with flexible scheduling options.
• Own equipment (laptop, headset, stable internet connection) is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ticketing systems or CRM software.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Interest in process optimization and customer experience enhancement.
