About the Role
We are seeking a Freelance Training Consultant to join our team at Pennylane, a fast-growing FinTech company. In this remote role, you will provide training and support to accounting firms using our innovative financial management software. Your expertise will help enhance their understanding and utilization of the tool, making a significant impact on their operations.
What You'll Do
- Conduct live training sessions and webinars for accounting firms, ensuring they are well-versed in using Pennylane's software.
- Develop tailored training plans and materials based on the specific needs of clients.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and adjust content as necessary to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and mentoring opportunities as the team grows.
- Utilize digital tools such as Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace to enhance training delivery.
- Engage with learners empathetically to foster a supportive learning environment.
- Offer constructive feedback and follow-up to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Significant experience working in an accounting firm, with a strong understanding of financial management practices.
- Exceptional communication and pedagogical skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms to facilitate training.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new training modules and technologies.
- Commitment to Pennylane's vision and community, with a focus on client management and training.
- Availability to travel within a defined geographical area as required.
- Must be available at least 3 days a week for training sessions.
