About the Role

As a Freelance Sales Advisor for Stair Renovations, you will play a pivotal role in connecting clients with innovative stair renovation solutions. You will be responsible for visiting clients, discussing their needs, and providing tailored advice on stair renovation products. What You'll Do

• Visit clients to discuss stair renovation options and provide expert advice.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes to ensure client satisfaction.
• Document project progress through photos and data entry in the CRM system.
• Manage the after-sales process to maintain strong customer relationships.
• Participate in bi-weekly training and development meetings to enhance your skills.
• Work independently after initial training while collaborating with a team of freelancers.
• Inspire and motivate clients and team members with your commercial acumen.
• Utilize your computer skills to manage documentation and client interactions effectively.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Own transportation and a laptop/tablet for client visits.
• Reside in the Limburg province to effectively serve local clients.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in home renovation sales.

• Fluency in Dutch and English for effective communication.
