About the Role

We are seeking a Freelance Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to develop and execute effective test strategies, ensuring high-quality software delivery. This Freelance Quality Assurance Engineer position offers the flexibility to work remotely while contributing to a leading mobility fintech platform.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Document and track software defects using appropriate tools.
• Automate test cases using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Provide feedback on testability and quality to enhance the development process.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
• Monitor and analyze test results to ensure adherence to quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency in various testing types, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with database testing (SQL) and automation frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with performance testing tools.
