Freelance Psychologist - Spanish Speaking - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Freelance Psychologist to join our mission-driven team at OpenUp, focused on making mental well-being accessible to everyone. As a Freelance Psychologist, you will provide 1:1 consultations to clients facing various challenges, all while working remotely. This role offers flexible hours with planned and on-demand video consultations, allowing you to engage with diverse clients from different backgrounds.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual consultations to clients, addressing their mental health challenges.
- Utilize solution-focused therapy, ACT, and/or CBT techniques to support clients effectively.
- Participate in ongoing development and intervision sessions to enhance your skills.
- Contribute to a holistic approach to mental health within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a minimum commitment of around 10 hours per week on a freelance contract.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology.
- 4+ years of consultation experience in a relevant field.
- Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills.
- Knowledge of solution-focused therapy, ACT, and/or CBT.
- Tech-savvy with a self-reliant approach to digital platforms.
Nice to Have
- Experience in freelance work is a plus.
