About the Role

We are seeking a talented Freelance Mid-Weight Art Director to join our dynamic team at Klick Health. In this remote role, you will be responsible for creating innovative concepts for advertising and promotional content. As a Freelance Mid-Weight Art Director, you will collaborate closely with creative teams to ensure alignment with client objectives and deliver high-quality work.

What You'll Do

• Generate ideas and create concepts for advertising content.
• Work closely with Creative and Client Service teams to ensure project success.
• Supervise the work of junior creatives, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines effectively.
• Lead the development of art direction across various media formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters and designers, to enhance project outcomes.
• Maintain high-level communication with senior leadership to align on project goals.
• Participate in internal reviews and client presentations to showcase creative work.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with client goals and expectations.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to elevate creative quality and foster innovation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in art direction or creative roles.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.
• Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
• Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
