About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Freelance Instructors to prepare and conduct lessons as part of IHK advanced training programs, leveraging their expertise to help participants optimally prepare for the IHK exam. This Freelance Instructor remote position offers the opportunity to work flexibly while making a significant impact on learners' success.

What You'll Do

  • Independently prepare and deliver lessons tailored to the IHK framework.
  • Provide structured and practical teaching of exam-relevant content.
  • Support and motivate participants throughout the course, ensuring they are well-prepared.
  • Assist in written and oral exam preparation, especially with practice tasks and case studies.
  • Prepare and adapt teaching materials to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Create additional documentation as needed to support the learning process.
  • Enjoy flexible freelance work with individual hour planning.
  • Receive technical and organizational support from our dedicated team.

Requirements

  • Completed studies or comparable qualification (at least DQR/EQR level 6).
  • Ideally, IHK qualification or experience in training at IHK level.
  • Solid knowledge in the exam-relevant area.
  • Several years of practical professional experience.
  • Documented pedagogical suitability, e.g., through the trainer aptitude examination (AEVO).
  • Experience in adult education or as an instructor.
  • Enjoyment of teaching, didactic skills, and confident demeanor.
  • Independent, reliable, and structured working style.
  • Willingness to conduct online classes via Microsoft Teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with various online teaching tools and platforms.
  • Ability to engage students in a virtual environment.
