National Special Projects Director - Remote Human Services

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated National Special Projects Director - Remote to join Dungarvin, a leader in the human services industry. With over 45 years of experience, our mission is to support individuals with disabilities through person-centered, strengths-based services. As a National Special Projects Director, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve while leading national projects and providing operational expertise.

What You'll Do

• Serve as interim operational leader during critical vacancies.
• Act as a subject matter expert in operations and compliance.
• Lead national projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Conduct thorough operational and systems analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Support change management initiatives and new service development.
• Travel on short notice for urgent operational assignments as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years of experience in human services management.
• Proven project management experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks governing human services.
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
