About the Role

We are looking for a Freelance Economy Designer to support the team working on PUBG: Black Budget, our new extraction shooter. This Freelance Economy Designer remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the world while contributing to one of the highest-selling video games of all time.

What You'll Do

• Support the development team of PUBG: Black Budget.
• Focus on in-game balancing and adjusting progression values.
• Guide the setup of a scalable pipeline for game economy.
• Engage with the development team to discuss scope and work type.
• Contribute to innovative and engaging entertainment experiences.

Requirements

• Experience as a senior designer in the gaming industry.
• Proficiency in game economy design.
• Strong understanding of game balancing techniques.
• Experience with live products and ongoing game development.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
