What You'll Do

• Create stunning digital matte paintings that enhance visual storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with the Modeling and Shading departments to ensure seamless integration of matte paintings into projects.
• Utilize your proficiency in Photoshop and Nuke to produce high-quality visuals.
• Apply your knowledge of Maya and Mari to enhance your matte painting techniques.
• Work in a Linux environment to streamline your workflow and improve efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong artistic skills and a solid understanding of the visual effects process.
• Engage in creative problem-solving to overcome challenges in your projects.
• Utilize your knowledge of camera focal lengths and composition to create compelling visuals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Digital Matte Painter.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Nuke is essential.
• Familiarity with Maya and Mari is a plus.
• Experience working in a Linux environment is beneficial.
• Strong artistic skills and a good understanding of the visual effects process.
• Creative problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Experience with 2.5D techniques.
• Ability to create original concept designs.
