Business Development Manager - European Region (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in the European region. As a Business Development Manager remote, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with key affiliates, KOLs, and trading partners. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the expansion of Toobit's user base and enhance our market presence.

What You'll Do

• Identify, recruit, and manage top-performing affiliates and trading agents to increase our market reach.
• Develop custom incentive plans that boost performance and drive engagement.
• Maintain strong relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to ensure long-term cooperation.
• Execute and monitor KOL marketing strategies, analyzing channel cooperation results to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
• Coordinate local promotional campaigns and events to enhance brand visibility.
• Stay updated on global industry trends and competitor movements, strategizing corresponding actions to maintain our competitive edge.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in business development or affiliate marketing within the crypto industry.
• Familiarity with user acquisition models and trading behaviors.
• Experience working with agents/KOLs and understanding referral rebate systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work well under pressure and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proven execution skills with a focus on results.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the Web3 space or with centralized exchanges (CEX).
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to speak additional languages.
