Business Intelligence/​Data Analyst - Remote Opportunity in MENA

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Intelligence/Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Binance, the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchange. This remote position focuses on the MENA region, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our mission of advancing the freedom of money through blockchain technology.

What You'll Do

• Analyze and interpret large (PB-scale) volumes of transactional, operational, and customer data using proprietary and open-source data tools.
• Translate complex findings into simple visualizations and actionable recommendations for operational teams and executives.
• Independently analyze data to deliver insights about operational performance and proactively drive improvements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Act as a strategic data business partner to stakeholders, supporting ad-hoc analysis requests.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where time to market is critical.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 4-6 years of full-time experience in an Analytics or Business Intelligence role.
• A self-driven team player with a natural curiosity to identify and explain trends in data.
• Prior internal/client-facing consulting or business transformation experience is preferred.
• Competency in analytical software (e.g., R, SAS), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI), and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).

Nice to Have

• Experience with blockchain technologies and machine learning.
• Familiarity with relational or graph database management tools (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
