What You'll Do

• Participate in internal audits across various business and IT operations, including compliance program audits.
• Execute audits under the guidance of experienced Audit Leads, contributing to problem-solving and risk evaluation.
• Utilize your knowledge of financial crimes compliance and data analytics to identify anomalies in large datasets.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to understand process flows and evaluate audit scope.
• Communicate complex issues clearly to stakeholders and present audit findings effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in executing internal audits or knowledge of compliance assurance at a financial institution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while being team-oriented.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and the crypto industry.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL and Python.

Nice to Have

• CIA or related certifications.
• Experience working in a crypto-native company.
