We’re looking for an experienced Freelance Designer to join our creative team at Monks. This Freelance Designer role offers the opportunity to work remotely while crafting high-quality, impactful designs for global brands. You will thrive in a fast-paced studio or agency environment, conceptualizing and creating visually stunning designs that resonate with audiences worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and create visually stunning designs for premium, global brands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Strategy, and Production.
• Translate briefs into compelling digital experiences with pixel-perfect execution.
• Maintain consistency across all design deliverables while pushing creative boundaries.
• Present and communicate design ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in design, preferably within creative studios or digital agencies.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work for global or premium brands.
• Exceptional attention to detail, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with animation or motion graphics.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for web design.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles.
