As a Freelance Copy Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and developing promotional materials for various products. What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and develop promotional copy for assigned pharmaceutical products.
• Supervise and train junior and senior copywriters, ensuring high-quality output.
• Participate in strategic promotional planning and present concepts to clients.
• Review and provide feedback on materials produced by your team.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of therapeutic categories and compliance with editorial processes.
• Collaborate closely with Art Directors to create compelling creative concepts.
• Assist in product launches and ensure timely delivery of promotional materials.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional writing experience, with a focus on pharmaceutical advertising.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of producing successful promotional materials that meet client expectations.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
• Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite.
