About the Role

We are seeking a Founding Tech Recruiter to join Pragmatike in a fully remote capacity. As a Founding Tech Recruiter remote, you will play a crucial role in shaping our recruitment strategies and processes. Your expertise will help us attract top talent for early-stage startups and scaleups, making a significant impact on their growth and success.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a strategic partner to startups, designing and implementing recruiting systems from the ground up.
  • Engage directly with the startup and tech talent community to build relationships and attract candidates.
  • Recruit across various technical functions, ensuring a diverse and skilled candidate pool.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with candidates, making them feel valued throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize your extensive network within the recruiting community to source high-quality candidates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting for technical roles, preferably in startup environments.

  • Well-connected within the recruiting community, with a reputation for quality and excellence.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fully remote setup, managing your time and tasks effectively.
