Founding Engineer - Autonomous Software Delivery Agents

About the Role

We are seeking a Founding Engineer to join our innovative team and help build the infrastructure for autonomous software delivery agents. This role is not just about enhancing existing tools; it's about creating a category-defining agent orchestration system that will become essential for software companies worldwide. As a Founding Engineer, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of software delivery.

What You'll Do

• Develop AI Agent Orchestration to automate software delivery across multiple specialized agents.
• Create a Product Intelligence Engine that transforms JIRA workflows and Git patterns into autonomous decision-making processes.
• Enable multi-agent communication for collaboration with external tools and agents.
• Implement enterprise-scale automation to manage over 100 concurrent projects effectively.
• Work closely with the CEO to align technical vision with customer feedback and strategic goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in backend development, specifically with Python.
• Proven expertise in AI engineering, particularly in LLM orchestration and autonomous systems.
• A product-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on user impact.
• Ownership mentality with a bias for action and problem-solving in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with enterprise integration, particularly with JIRA APIs and Git platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience in startup environments, especially in developer tools or AI infrastructure.
• Frontend development experience.

What We Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $180,000 per year.
