What You'll Do

• Welcome and greet customers with a friendly demeanor.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge and explanations to guests.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently.
• Engage with guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-focused venue, particularly in fast-paced food and beverage service.
• Bar experience is desirable.
• A genuine love for hospitality and providing excellent service.
• Current VIC RSA Certificate is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills and a bright, friendly personality.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with guests and team members.
