About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated First Year Plan Onboarding Analyst - Remote to join our team. What You'll Do
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
- Conduct audits and compliance testing to ensure adherence to IRS regulations and company policies.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues related to their retirement plans.
- Collaborate with the client management team to enhance the onboarding experience and improve processes.
- Support ongoing compliance efforts, including KYC and AML initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in client onboarding, preferably in the financial or retirement planning sector.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Familiarity with compliance regulations, including IRS guidelines for retirement plans.
