About the Role

We're hiring a Financial Reviewer (QA Specialist – SEC Filings) to join our team at Welocalize. This remote role involves reviewing and validating the work of financial annotators based on SEC 10-K filings, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency. As a Financial Reviewer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of financial data.

What You'll Do

• Review and validate financial annotation work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Confirm adherence to guidelines for rubric scoring.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their performance.
• Collaborate on a project that combines finance expertise with AI technologies.
• Engage with a leading global technology company, contributing to innovative solutions.
• Work approximately 4 hours for the sample set with potential for ongoing collaboration.

Requirements

• Native-level English proficiency (U.S.-based).
• Senior-level finance expertise with a strong understanding of SEC 10-K filings.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Excellent written communication skills to provide clear feedback.
• Experience in quality assurance or financial review is highly desirable.
