Finance Manager - Remote Position at BioPhorum

About the Role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to join BioPhorum in a fully remote position. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our finance function while supporting the continued growth of our organization. What You'll Do

• Support the Group Financial Controller in overseeing financial operations.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and manage the cash reporting process.
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
• Contribute to business planning and pricing strategy initiatives.
• Lead process improvements within the finance department.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with various teams to enhance financial performance.
• Utilize your strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data.

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• Experience in preparing management accounts.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience using an ERP system (NetSuite experience is advantageous).

• Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
