Finance Manager - Corporate FP&A Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Manager - Corporate FP&A Remote to join our team at Hims & Hers. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end monthly forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company priorities. As a Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to enhance well-being through innovative telehealth solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own the monthly forecasting and reporting process for headcount, equity, and SBC.
• Serve as the centralized owner of workforce financials, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company priorities.
• Partner cross-functionally to develop actionable hiring and expense targets.
• Build executive-level reporting packages highlighting performance versus budget.
• Develop financial models to support capital allocation decisions.
• Design and automate operational KPIs related to headcount and opex.
• Translate complex financial information into actionable insights.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on financial impacts.
• Support ad-hoc financial analyses for executive management.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Experience owning forecasting and reporting processes.
• Ability to build and maintain scalable financial models.
• Experience evolving planning processes and finance systems.
• Comfort partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions.
• Experience preparing materials for executive leadership.
• Strong analytical skills to distill complex information.
• High attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the health tech industry.
• Familiarity with telehealth financial models.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
