Finance Director - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Director - Remote to join our pioneering team at Britive, a leading cloud cybersecurity startup. As the Finance Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company’s day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, accounting, investor reporting, and cross-functional support across Legal, Sales, and People Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely and contribute to a company that is transforming the way enterprises secure and manage privileged access to critical infrastructure, data, and applications.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Britive leadership to implement financial strategy and drive operational excellence.
• Lead financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Collaborate with all functions to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Manage external service providers for accounting and reporting.
• Produce investor materials and represent the company in various engagements.
• Support the Go-to-Market function in pricing and contracting strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in finance functions, with a solid grasp of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven track record in financial planning and analysis.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
