About the Role

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Lead - Remote to join our innovative team at Strike. This role offers the opportunity to architect the financial engine behind our next stage of growth.

What You'll Do

• Own the company’s financial architecture and long-range planning.
• Drive financial strategy across brokerage and lending.
• Lead lending and pricing economics.
• Define key operating and financial metrics.
• Support board and investor engagement.
• Collaborate across Treasury, Accounting, Data, Product, and Partnerships.

Requirements

• 7–12 years in investment banking or corporate finance.
• Experience modeling credit or balance sheet-driven businesses.
• Strong intuition for cost of capital and financial structuring.
• Experience working cross-functionally.
• Advanced financial modeling skills.
• Clear communicator with a high ownership mindset.
• Fintech or crypto experience is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
• Knowledge of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency markets.
• Ability to navigate complex financial landscapes.
