About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our organization through a critical transition phase as we prepare for public market readiness. As a Finance and Controls Board Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring compliance with the highest standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead the establishment of robust financial controls and governance frameworks.
• Serve as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, overseeing compliance and risk management.
• Implement control frameworks that address both fiat and digital asset revenue flows.
• Architect scalable financial processes while navigating the complexities of crypto revenue recognition.
• Develop board-grade documentation and maintain clean audit trails for investor readiness.

Requirements

• 4+ years in crypto or crypto-adjacent finance or audit leadership.
• Demonstrated experience with token accounting, treasury risk, and exchange/vendor management.
• Proven track record in building DCP/ICFR or SOX-style environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to produce board-grade documentation.
• Able to obtain outside-activity approval and sign conflicts and confidentiality letters.
