About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Field Enablement Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing our sales enablement strategies and driving the success of our go-to-market initiatives. As a Field Enablement Manager - Remote, you will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that our sales professionals are equipped with the necessary tools and training to excel in their roles.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive enablement programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful training content and resources.
  • Analyze data to assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
  • Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they are well-prepared to engage with customers.
  • Support the sales team in executing go-to-market strategies and achieving revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools and data analysis to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

  • Experience in instructional design and content management.
