This remote position focuses on translating marketing and product information content within the beauty and haircare sectors. What You'll Do

• Translate marketing content from Norwegian to German, ensuring accuracy and adherence to terminology.
• Utilize cutting-edge Neural Machine Translation (NMT) technology to enhance translation quality.
• Collaborate with the Lilt Translator Community to share insights and improve translation practices.
• Follow reference materials and terminology precisely to maintain consistency across projects.
• Engage in ongoing training and support to stay updated with the latest translation technologies.

Requirements

• Native German speaker with a strong command of Norwegian.
• Minimum of 2 years of translation experience or a degree in Linguistics/Translation.
• Experience in translating marketing content, particularly in the cosmetics or haircare domain.
• Ability to follow terminology and reference materials precisely.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with NMT technology and its applications in translation.
• Experience working with remote teams and managing projects independently.
