Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or client relations, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills to handle various client requests.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
