What You'll Do

• Employ immersive storytelling and user-centered design to deliver outstanding interactive game experiences.
• Evaluate designs quickly and craft creative high-quality work that meets our players' needs.
• Execute and deliver UI designs while integrating production assets effectively.
• Rapidly prototype MVP/clickthrough prototypes for internal buy-in using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate closely with the UX Lead to maintain the game’s visual integrity and interaction methods.
• Contribute to building Design Systems and Prototyping frameworks that enhance user experience.
• Interface with key stakeholders to ensure user experience consistency across platforms.
• Support design decisions based on practical UX methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in UX Design, with a strong grasp of visual design principles.
• Expertise in conducting user research and usability evaluation to inform design decisions.
• Proactive collaboration skills and the ability to mentor junior designers.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge of Unity 3D and motion design is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for gaming.

Nice to Have

• Experience in multi-device/platform design.
