About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Product Designer - Mobile to join our dynamic team at Superhuman, where we are dedicated to enhancing productivity through AI. This Senior Product Designer remote position offers the opportunity to shape the mobile experience of Superhuman Mail, impacting millions of users worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design of Superhuman Mail on iOS and Android, ensuring a seamless and engaging mobile experience.
• Translate complex desktop functionalities into intuitive mobile interactions, enhancing user productivity.
• Drive mobile design quality, focusing on interaction concepts and polished execution.
• Invent innovative mobile interaction patterns that redefine traditional email workflows.
• Prototype, test, and iterate rapidly to validate design assumptions and improve user experience.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to influence product strategy and direction.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly for mobile-first applications on iOS and Android.
• Proven track record of designing user-friendly mobile experiences that simplify complex tasks.
• Deep understanding of mobile platform conventions and the ability to innovate beyond them.
• Experience with AI-powered products, focusing on user trust and control.
• Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects.
• A portfolio showcasing your design process, interaction design, and high-quality execution.
