About the Role

We are looking for an Executive I, Portfolio Planning & Execution to join our team at Vantris Energy. This remote opportunity allows you to support the planning and execution of divestment activities, including asset disposals and exit strategies, ensuring that transactions are carried out efficiently and in line with corporate objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in evaluating divestment opportunities through financial, commercial, and strategic assessments.
  • Support the preparation of divestment proposals, including Decision Gates reports and internal approval papers.
  • Compile asset documentation as part of the divestment package and manage uploads to the Data Room.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams and external advisors, including financial and legal experts.
  • Maintain divestment trackers, timelines, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct valuation analysis and financial modeling to support decision-making.
  • Prepare analyses and transaction materials to assist in negotiation processes.
  • Monitor post-divestment obligations and ensure proper handover and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, M&A, investments, strategy, or transaction advisory.
  • Basic understanding of valuation methods and financial statements.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
