Event Strategy Manager - Remote Role in AI Innovation

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Event Strategy Manager to join our fully remote team at Swooped. As an Event Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in redefining how events drive growth, not just in execution but in strategic impact. This Event Strategy Manager remote position allows you to own the event strategy across various formats—physical, digital, and hybrid—creating experiences that generate pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and strengthen our brand in the market.

What You'll Do

• Own and scale the event strategy across digital, physical, and hybrid experiences to drive pipeline, customer engagement, and brand presence.
• Build a repeatable, high-impact event engine that supports demand generation, customer marketing, and industry leadership.
• Plan and execute high-impact tradeshows while primarily scaling digital event experiences.
• Partner with Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and Sales to define event goals, targeting, and success metrics.
• Manage event budgets, vendors, platforms, and logistics with a strong ROI discipline.
• Measure and report on event performance, engagement, pipeline impact, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital, physical, or hybrid events.
• Strong analytical skills to measure event ROI, pipeline impact, and engagement.
• Experience managing event budgets and logistics end-to-end.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams to align events with demand, customer, and brand goals.
