About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimating Superintendent to join our team in a remote capacity. As an Estimating Superintendent, you will monitor and manage the end-to-end process of estimation across all disciplines, ensuring that all estimates are accurate, reliable, and systematically conform to the company's procedures. This role is crucial for the successful execution of our projects and offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and estimate business processes, norms, and databases, ensuring their applicability at the project level.
  • Determine the scope of work and contents of project estimates by preparing a list of bid quantities and items.
  • Evaluate bids and provide timely pricing, ensuring that all evaluations are conducted efficiently.
  • Lead and manage estimate preparation and submission, including conceptualizing layouts for projects and reviewing all estimates before submission.
  • Maintain and actively implement Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) programs, identifying, mitigating, and monitoring SHE risks.
  • Ensure compliance with SHE Management System standards, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Estimator, with at least 2 years as a Senior Estimator.
  • Advanced knowledge of Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical estimating concepts.
  • Strong background in project site supervision, technical standards, and calculation methods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and preferably AutoCAD and Primavera.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in design work is a plus.
  • Certification in relevant fields.
