Entry-Level Process Integration Engineer - Semiconductor Manufacturing

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Entry-Level Process Integration Engineer at TSMC, the leading semiconductor foundry in the world. As a Process Integration Engineer, you will play a crucial role in analyzing Inline and End-of-Line (EOL) electrical data to identify and resolve issues, collaborating closely with various engineering teams. What You'll Do

• Analyze Inline and EOL electrical data to determine causes for issues.
• Collaborate with Integration, Yield Excellence Department (YED), and Process/Equipment engineers to improve processes.
• Utilize data-driven analytics and systematic problem-solving to optimize semiconductor manufacturing.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stability, quality, yield, and productivity.
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving critical equipment issues in a cleanroom environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and design is a plus.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) on-site.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and adhere to safety guidelines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and experimental design.
• Previous internships or projects related to semiconductor manufacturing.
