About the Role
We’re hiring an Enterprise Content Management Developer to join our team at Terminalfour. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading digital engagement and web content management platform for universities and colleges. You will be an integral part of our Professional Services department, collaborating with Analysts, Project Managers, and Web Developers to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.
What You'll Do
- Integrate client websites into our enterprise-level content management system using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop, customize, and configure PHP modules for multiple client websites.
- Produce high-quality CMS-driven sites from detailed functional specifications.
- Work closely with clients and Project Managers to ensure timely project deliverables and high-quality website designs.
- Develop maintainable and reusable PHP applications, including comprehensive testing of the code produced.
- Write detailed client-facing documentation for your work.
- Assist in maintaining, developing, and documenting our PHP modules.
- Collaborate with Implementation Analysts on project estimation, design, development, and implementation.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of PHP and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Proficiency in front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, JSON).
- Experience in developing project specifications with colleagues.
- Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and fluent English language proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Unit Testing frameworks (e.g., PHP Unit and Jest).
- Familiarity with Node.js and PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel).
- Experience with AWS cloud services.
- Proficient in GIT workflow.
