Employee Relations Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring an Employee Relations Manager to join Valeo Foods, a leader in the Food & Beverage industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with employment law. As an Employee Relations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and driving engagement across our diverse portfolio of brands.

What You'll Do

• Oversee and implement policies and programs that impact the employee life cycle.
• Support the implementation of the UK Employee Relations strategy, policy, framework, and procedures.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement ER best practices and programs.
• Maintain effective relationships across the UK workforce, leading the ER Advisors to ensure a consistent approach on policy and process.
• Provide guidance and support to Senior Managers on complex ER issues.
• Monitor ER trends across the business and manage the relationship with our retained employment law partner.
• Drive and manage ER projects, building capability by working with Senior HR Business Partners, People Managers, and L&D.
• Provide data on key KPIs for the HR team.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HR policy and procedure.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong coaching style.
• In-depth experience in Employee Relations, handling employee relations matters within a business.
• Understanding of conflict resolution methods and mediation skills.
• Experience in leading change and influencing stakeholders.
• Skilled in data analysis and presenting outputs.
• Experience using HRIS systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications in HR or Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry.
