About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager remote to join our dynamic team at Brite. In this strategic role, you will lead our email marketing initiatives, ensuring effective communication with our customers while driving engagement and conversions. You will be responsible for managing multi-channel performance-based marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Build and manage all automated email campaigns and multi-channel workflows, targeting specific customer segments.
  • Develop and execute impactful communication campaigns informed by rigorous quantitative analysis and market research.
  • Define the ideal consumer profile and plan to collect, grow, and segment data over time.
  • Launch and monitor direct response campaigns, managing the tracking and reporting infrastructure.
  • Implement a systematic A/B split testing process to maximize user engagement and nurture customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with other channel owners to ensure consistent messaging across all performance marketing mediums.
  • Act as the main liaison with Salesforce Admin team members and manage social media marketing via HubSpot.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • 3+ years of experience using CRM and marketing automation tools, with a preference for HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for experimenting via split tests.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • C1 or C2 English proficiency level.

  • Experience in data analytics and performance marketing.

  • Knowledge of user acquisition tactics.
