Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience designing email campaigns or templates, preferably in an agency or eCommerce brand.
  • Portfolio showcasing email designs with high engagement or performance metrics, including any motion/animated content.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), and familiarity with Klaviyo or other major ESPs.
  • Strong understanding of design for conversion—layout hierarchy, visual flow, and user experience within email formats.
  • Detail-oriented, feedback-friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with email marketing analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design.
