Director of Product Marketing - Retail Solutions (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Product Marketing for our Retail Business Unit to lead our marketing strategies and initiatives. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to shape the marketing landscape for Cotiviti’s business and financial solutions portfolio, which includes merchandise recovery audits, AP audits, error prevention, and contract compliance.
What You'll Do
- Create an annual marketing plan that aligns with business objectives and marketing strategies for our financial solutions portfolio.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and ensure alignment with industry trends.
- Collaborate with product teams to launch new products effectively, ensuring clear and compelling messaging.
- Develop sales enablement materials and training to support client engagement teams.
- Draft and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and website content.
- Establish relationships with subject matter experts to develop webinars and event sessions.
- Drive marketing campaigns to introduce Cotiviti to new audiences and generate qualified leads.
- Support RFPs and proposals to align with current solution offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead-generation campaigns.
- Exceptional communication skills for writing and presenting effectively.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage others in a self-directed environment.
- Willingness to travel for conferences and meetings approximately 20% of the time.
Nice to Have
- Experience in retail or recovery audit services.
- Pragmatic Marketing certification.

- Base salary ranging from $135,000 to $166,000 per year.
