About the Role

GitLab is hiring a full-time Director of Product Management, AI Agents and Ecosystem to join our dynamic team. This Director of Product Management remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Canada, providing you with the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of our AI agents and ecosystem initiatives, driving innovation and enhancing user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the product management team focused on AI agents and ecosystem development.
  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and vision for AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or related technologies.
  • Proven track record of leading successful product initiatives in a remote environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Experience working with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products.
