We are looking for a passionate Working Student: UX/UI Designer to join our remote team at ida.me. As a Working Student in UX/UI Design, you will support the development and maintenance of high-end design systems while collaborating with a diverse team. What You'll Do

• Support in building and maintaining high-end design systems.
• Take responsibility for smaller concepts and create high-fidelity prototypes.
• Experiment with the future of design, including vibecoding and AI tools.
• Collaborate with a senior designer for guidance and learning.
• Work with interdisciplinary teams, including developers and project managers.
• Choose your working environment: remote or office.
• Contribute to improving digital offerings used by millions.

Requirements

• Proficient in Figma, including auto-layout and components.
• Understanding of token-based systems and design consistency.
• Knowledge of user research as a basis for design decisions.
• Portfolio showcasing design work and familiarity with AI tools.
