About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Director of Product Design to join our innovative team at Raisin. This Director of Product Design remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape the design strategy for our products, ensuring an exceptional user experience across all platforms.

What You'll Do

• Lead the product design team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and enhance user satisfaction.
• Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to drive product vision and execution.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on product features.
• Mentor and guide design team members, promoting professional growth and skill development.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices, integrating them into the design process.
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, advocating for user-centered design principles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Director of Product Design or similar role in a tech-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful product design projects and user-centered design solutions.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Deep understanding of user experience principles and methodologies.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

• Experience in B2B SaaS product design.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies.
